Each year, based on the Needs Assessment questionnaire, our School Improvement Team members develop a plan to address areas of improvement and growth in order for our students and staff to be successful. Please review this year's plan at the link below:
SNES NEEDS ASSESSMENT
During a summer S.I.T. retreat, the SNES School Improvement team reviews our assessment data, behavior plans and discipline referral data, survey results from staff members and parents, and records of community involvement from the previous school year to complete our annual Need Assessment document.
